Warehouse & Kit Assistant

The Tool Kit People is looking for a dependable, organized Warehouse & Kit Assembly Assistant to join our team full-time.

We are a small, growing company that builds and supplies professional tool kits, tool cases, replacement parts, and equipment for field service technicians across the globe. This is a hands-on position in a small-team environment where attention to detail, reliability, and a willingness to jump in and help are important.

What You’ll Do

• Pick and pack customer orders
• Assemble and pack professional tool kits
• Receive and put away incoming inventory
• Restock and organize warehouse shelves and work areas
• Count and verify tools, parts, and components
• Prepare products and orders for shipment
• Apply labels and assist with packaging
• Help maintain accurate inventory
• Keep warehouse and work areas clean and organized
• Assist with other warehouse and fulfillment tasks as needed

• Dependable and punctual
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a small team
• Able to follow written instructions and packing lists accurately
• Comfortable using basic hand tools
• Able to lift and move boxes and products as needed
• Willing to learn and help wherever needed
• Comfortable in a small-business environment where priorities can change from day to day

Previous warehouse, shipping, inventory, assembly, or fulfillment experience is helpful, but not required. We’re happy to train the right person.

Schedule

Full-time, Monday–Friday
9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Consistent daytime schedule with no evenings or weekends.

The Tool Kit People provides complete tool kit and equipment solutions for field service organizations. We assemble, customize, and support tool kits used by technicians throughout the United States and internationally.

We’re a small company, which means you won’t be doing the exact same task all day. You’ll have the opportunity to learn different parts of our operation and play an important role in making sure our customers receive complete, accurate orders on time.
