Healthcare Operations Associate

Advance Physical Therapy, in partnership with Millennium Eye Center, is looking to hire a Remote Healthcare Operations Associate to join our team!

Job Description:

  • Review, organize, and maintain healthcare operational information.
  • Update internal records and administrative data accurately.
  • Check records and submitted information for completeness and accuracy.
  • Assist with routine data entry, reporting, and documentation.
  • Support administrative workflows related to healthcare operations.
  • Maintain accurate electronic records and organized documentation.
  • Follow established procedures, policies, and internal guidelines.
  • Assist with scheduling, record updates, and general operational coordination when required.
  • Communicate professionally with team members regarding missing information, corrections, or follow-up requirements.
  • Maintain confidentiality when working with sensitive business or healthcare-related information.
  • Complete assigned tasks accurately and within established timelines.
  • Assist with basic spreadsheet, reporting, and information-management tasks.
  • Support other day-to-day administrative and operational responsibilities as assigned.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or current college enrollment is advantageous.
  • Previous experience in administration, healthcare, operations, data entry, customer support, or a related field is advantageous.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Comfortable working with computers, spreadsheets, online platforms, and digital records.
  • Ability to follow written procedures and detailed instructions.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines.
  • Good problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
  • Ability to use discretion when handling confidential or sensitive information.
  • Reliable internet connection and access to a computer.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States.
  • Interest in supporting healthcare operations and delivering a high standard of work.

This is a non-clinical remote position. Training and guidance will be provided to help selected candidates understand the systems, procedures, and responsibilities required for the role.
