We are looking for a reliable and organized B2B Logistics Associate to help manage wholesale orders, inventory, and shipments.
What You'll Do
Process and track wholesale/B2B orders
Coordinate shipments with our warehouses and logistics partners
Communicate with customers regarding orders and deliveries
Help manage inventory and product availability
Prepare shipping documents and order information
Enter and maintain order and inventory data
Follow up on shipments to make sure orders are delivered correctly and on time
Assist with other day-to-day B2B and logistics tasks
What We're Looking For
Strong communication and organizational skills
Detail-oriented and responsible
Comfortable using Excel and learning new systems
Able to manage multiple orders and deadlines
Good problem-solving skills
Willingness to learn
Previous experience in logistics, wholesale, operations, or supply chain is a plus, but not required
