Pay: $30–$37 per hour, depending on experience

About the Role
We're looking for an energetic and engaging Hip Hop Dance Instructor to lead an after-school dance program in Napa, CA. Students in K-5 will learn age-appropriate, beginner-friendly choreography while building confidence, coordination, rhythm, and teamwork in a positive and supportive environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead engaging Hip-Hop dance classes using provided curriculum.
- Teach beginner-friendly choreography and movement techniques tailored for elementary students (Grades K–5).
- Encourage creativity, confidence, and active participation.
- Create a safe, inclusive, and positive classroom environment.
- Communicate professionally with school staff and site leaders.
- Submit brief after-class updates following each session.
Requirements
- Experience teaching dance or movement classes is preferred.
- Candidates should genuinely enjoy working with elementary-aged students (Grades K–5).
- Strong communication and classroom management skills.
- Maintain clear and timely communication with the program team.
- Ability to submit brief after-class reports on time.
- Must be able to commit to the program starting September 14.
- Applicant must reside in Napa or within 20 miles of Napa, CA.
