We’re looking for a motivated, customer-focused Assistant Manager to join our team — someone who’s a natural leader and a strong salesperson, passionate about delivering results and building customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead by example to create a positive, high-energy environment
- Drive Unlimited Membership Sales by actively engaging with customers and coaching team members to do the same
- Assist in daily operations, including opening/closing, staffing, and site upkeep
- Support recruiting, training, and developing team members
- Handle customer concerns or issues professionally and promptly
- Monitor tunnel and equipment performance, and escalate maintenance needs
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Track and report sales performance and site KPIs
- Step in as acting manager when needed
What We’re Looking For
- 1–2 years of leadership experience (retail, car wash, hospitality, or sales preferred)
- Strong sales background and passion for customer service
- High energy with excellent communication and people skills
- Ability to lead and motivate a team
- Organized and detail-oriented; able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Tech-savvy enough to manage point-of-sale systems and basic reporting
- Must be able to work on your feet in outdoor conditions
