Entry-Level Management Trainee

Our growing marketing and sales firm in the Harrisburg, PA area is looking for an Entry-Level Management Trainee to join our on-site team. No extensive professional experience is required — we provide hands-on training, mentorship, and opportunities to develop the skills you need to build a successful career.

In this role, you’ll gain real-world experience working with customers, supporting marketing and sales initiatives, learning business operations, and developing leadership skills. As you grow, you’ll have the opportunity to take on additional responsibilities and advance within the organization.

What You’ll Do

• Represent client brands professionally and enthusiastically
• Engage with customers and build positive, long-term relationships
• Support sales and marketing initiatives, including lead generation and customer engagement
• Participate in hands-on training focused on sales, communication, leadership, and business operations
• Assist with campaign coordination and day-to-day team operations
• Work closely with teammates and contribute ideas to improve team performance
• Develop the communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills needed for future management opportunities

• A high school diploma or equivalent; college degree or recent graduation is a plus

Recent graduates and candidates entering the workforce for the first time are encouraged to apply. Experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, athletics, campus organizations, or other people-focused environments can be helpful, but it is not required.
