What You’ll Do:
- Support new product launches from concept through production
- Design, install, and optimize manufacturing equipment and processes
- Troubleshoot equipment and process challenges to improve performance
- Partner with design engineers and production teams to solve complex problems
- Lead continuous improvement projects focused on safety, quality, delivery, and cost
- Help implement innovative manufacturing technologies that increase efficiency
What You’ll Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering
- Internship or co-op experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Interest in manufacturing processes, automation, and continuous improvement
- Ability to work collaboratively across engineering and operations teams
- Willingness to take initiative and drive projects forward
- Authorized to work in the United States
