Project Management & Business Development Intern / Co-op

Cool Deeds Inc. is seeking an organized, motivated student to join our social impact incubator in Creative Village, located right next to the UCF Downtown and Valencia College Downtown campus. Under the mentorship of experienced project leads and strategists, you will gain hands-on experience turning mission-driven concepts into structured, operational initiatives.

What You Will Do

• Assist in mapping project roadmaps, setting milestones, and tracking operational deadlines using platforms like Monday.com.
• Collaborate with executive leadership on market research, partner identification, and venture development strategies.
• Prepare operational briefings, workflow documentation, and meeting agendas to ensure seamless cross-functional execution.
• Help evaluate resource allocation, vendor coordination, and campaign logistics.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a relevant degree program with coursework completed or underway in business strategy, operations, or management.
• Strong organizational instincts and comfort using project management software or structured spreadsheets.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Proactive mindset with a drive to take ownership of operational workflows.
