Savoia Italy, a luxury jewelry brand inspired by Italian craftsmanship and timeless elegance, is seeking a motivated and results-driven Office Secretary to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily administrative and office tasks to ensure smooth operations
- Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other communications professionally
- Welcome visitors, clients, retail partners, and vendors in a polished and professional manner
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and business activities
- Maintain and organize company files, documents, records, and correspondence
- Prepare basic reports, spreadsheets, invoices, and other office documents
- Assist with data entry and maintain accurate company records
- Coordinate office supplies, deliveries, mail, and general office needs
- Assist the sales team with customer follow-ups, order information, and administrative support
- Maintain confidentiality of company and client information
- Coordinate with management, sales representatives, vendors, and business partners
- Support day-to-day administrative needs of the jewelry business
Requirements
- Previous experience as an office secretary, administrative assistant, receptionist, or in a similar role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Professional, polished appearance and excellent personal hygiene when representing the company
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel
- Comfortable using email, calendars, spreadsheets, and office software
- Professional, friendly, and customer-service-oriented attitude
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable, punctual, and responsible
- Experience in jewelry, luxury goods, fashion, retail, or a similar industry is a plus
Probation Period
All successful candidates will be subject to a 1-month probationary period. During this period, employees will be expected to demonstrate their ability to meet company performance standards, follow company policies, procedures, and regulations, and successfully fulfill the responsibilities of the role.
Savoia Italy reserves the right to terminate employment during or at the end of the probation period if the candidate does not meet the required standards or company expectations.
