Business Development Representative

$17/HR GUARANTEED DRAW + UNCAPPED COMMISSION & BONUSES | FULL-TIME | FLUSHING, NY

Eazzy Consulting is looking for a motivated, outgoing Business Development Representative to help expand our network and bring in new business opportunities.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys networking, building professional relationships, making calls, and creating new business opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Develop new business through cold calling, networking, referrals, and outreach
  • Build and maintain relationships with Real Estate Agents, CPAs, Attorneys, business owners, and other professionals
  • Identify potential referral partners and develop long-term business relationships
  • Contact qualified leads and generate new financing opportunities
  • Follow up consistently and maintain an active pipeline
  • Attend networking events, meetings, and community events to promote the company
  • Introduce our business financing solutions to potential clients and referral partners
  • Coordinate qualified opportunities with the sales team
  • Track activities, leads, and relationships through our CRM
  • Help develop new strategies and ideas to expand the company's business

Requirements

  • Sales, business development, networking, or client-facing experience preferred
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Outgoing, energetic, and comfortable speaking with new people
  • Self-motivated and results-driven
  • Strong organizational and follow-up skills
  • Comfortable making calls and conducting outreach
  • Professional network or connections in the local business community is a strong plus
  • Mandarin or Korean is a plus, but NOT required

Compensation & Growth

  • $17/hour guaranteed draw + uncapped commission
  • Performance bonuses available
  • $85K–$150K+ earning potential
  • Paid training — finance experience not required
  • Opportunity for advancement and management

Job Type: Full-Time
Location: On-Site — Flushing, NY
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8 hours/day
Pay: $17/hour guaranteed draw + uncapped commission & bonuses
