About the Role
The Ventus Group, a UBS Private Wealth Management team based in Birmingham, MI, is seeking a motivated intern to join our team. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the financial services industry and learn from a global leader in wealth management.
Responsibilities
- Assist with administrative and client service tasks.
- Support financial advisors and associates with day-to-day operations.
- Prepare and organize documents using Microsoft Office tools.
- Collaborate with team members via Microsoft Teams and OneDrive.
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program (Finance, Business, Economics, or related field preferred).
- Ability to work in person at the Birmingham, MI office.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Teams, OneDrive).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
