Entry Level Manager (Nonprofit)

As our charity partners continue to grow and expand across the U.S., we are looking for energetic and ambitious individuals to join us as Charity Management Trainees. This entry-level role is designed to develop future leaders within our organization who can help us manage and execute impactful fundraising efforts.

What You’ll Do:

  • Participate in a hands-on learning experience focused on fundraising and revenue generation on behalf of our charity partners.
  • Engage in comprehensive training sessions on fundraising strategies, donor engagement, and nonprofit industry knowledge.
  • Assist with planning, organizing, and executing fundraising efforts for various clients and causes.
  • Learn about event logistics, charity guidelines, and compliance standards to ensure successful campaigns.
  • Develop leadership, training, and mentoring skills as you progress through the program.
  • Receive training on all business operations, including HR, payroll, scheduling, and more.
  • Help track donations and maintain accurate records of donor contributions.
  • Manage multiple fundraising events at once, ensuring they stay organized and meet deadlines.
  • Learn how to measure the financial success of campaigns and events, focusing on return on investment (ROI).
  • Participate in post-event evaluations to identify successes and areas for improvement.

What We’re Looking For:

  • A degree in a related field is preferred but not required. We value enthusiasm and a strong work ethic!
  • Experience in nonprofit work, event planning, marketing, or sales is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills, with an ability to connect with diverse groups of people, including donors, volunteers, clients, and team members.
  • Highly organized with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • A genuine interest in nonprofit work and the desire to make a positive impact on the community.
  • A proactive attitude, a strong sense of initiative, and the ability to take on increasing responsibility.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods of time during events and activities.
