You’ll begin by developing core skills in face-to-face sales and customer engagement at live events and promotional campaigns. As you develop, you’ll have the opportunity to take on greater responsibility, including team support, recruitment, and campaign management.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with customers at live events and promotional campaigns
• Present products and services with confidence and professionalism
• Work towards individual and team sales targets
• Represent client brands in a positive and engaging way
• Assist with campaign execution and day-to-day sales activities
• Develop strong customer service and communication skills
• Support and mentor new team members as you progress
• Contribute to recruitment and onboarding processes
• Participate in ongoing sales and leadership training

• Must be comfortable working on-site
