Join Transaction Services and help clients across Corporate & Investment Banking manage cash, trade and supply chains through innovative digital banking solutions. By combining data, technology and our global network, we help businesses optimise liquidity, manage risk and unlock cross-border growth.
ABOUT THE PROGRAMME
This 10-week summer internship provides practical experience through real business challenges and meaningful responsibilities from day one. You will receive a structured induction, exposure to products and clients, and technical, professional and behavioural development. Managers, mentors and buddies will support your progress, while senior-leader learning, industry insights, community activities and volunteering will broaden your network. Strong performers may be considered for a future graduate role.
WHERE YOU COULD WORK
Cash Management: Help global clients move money, optimise liquidity and adopt real-time payments.
Trade: Support secure, efficient transactions between buyers and sellers across markets.
Implementation: Coordinate delivery of products and services, including digital integration and execution.
Transaction Banking Sales: Understand client needs, shape solutions and build long-term relationships.
Digital Channel Solutions: Improve client connectivity through innovative channels and platforms.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We welcome students from all degree disciplines and backgrounds. You should be curious about how businesses, markets and economies connect and grow. You will take ownership, show initiative, think critically, solve problems with sound judgement, learn quickly and collaborate effectively. You should also be comfortable adapting and performing under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
ELIGIBILITY AND KEY DATES
You must be a penultimate-year student, available to intern from June 2027 and able to start full-time in July 2028. You must hold the permanent legal right to work in Hong Kong. Only one application may be submitted within a six-month period, so select the opportunity that most closely matches your interests and career goals.
