Student Ministry Intern- Mt. Dora - Spring 2027
The Mount Dora student ministry intern will partner with a dynamic team who is reaching the middle and high school students of our community for Jesus. Emphasis will be on the breadth of skills needed to create and sustain a student ministry. This experience will be tailored to your needs to help identify and develop the gifts God has given you to build His Kingdom.
Basic Requirements:
- Profess Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior- This is an absolute requirement for all interns.

- Desire to lead a student ministry
- Confidence in teaching and leading students
- Willing to lead adult volunteers

- Complete agreed-upon Learning Objectives
Responsibilities:
- Lead weekly Student Ministry with campus pastors.
- Accept more responsibility as time progresses and skills grow
- Attend meetings and assist in other projects throughout the week
- Build relationships with students, their parents, volunteers, and other staff
General info:
Expect to be on the Mt. Dora Real Life campus (31205 Round Lake Road, Mt. Dora, FL 32757) at least 3 days per week and work 15-20 hours/week.
Typical hours for most positions would be Sunday 8am-1pm plus 10-15 additional hours Monday-Thursday 8am-5pm. Must be flexible to hours outside of these hours with notice.
The internship is 12 weeks long from Sunday January 31st - Thursday April 22nd. No spring break is built into the schedule but can be discussed with the team.
Pay: $150.00 per week.
