Purpose Development Ministry Intern- Spring 2027

***The recruiting team will be out of the office September 12th -24th and internship recruiting will be paused for that time period. It will likely be after September 25th when you hear from us next.***

The Purpose Development Ministry intern will have the opportunity to work with our Purpose Development pastor as the congregation is introduced to a more intentional pathway to finding their God-given purpose and activating how this looks in their lives. This is an exciting time for Real Life as we begin to equip people to serve in their areas of passion and to embrace their life purpose. Growth classes, conversations about purpose, and even purpose coaching are all possibilities for an intern to participate. Also, it is likely you will come away form this internship with a greater sense of your own life purpose! The experience is intended to give you opportunities which help you identify and develop the gifts God has given you to build His Kingdom.

Basic Requirements:

  • Profess Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior- This is an absolute requirement for all interns.
  • Agree with and agree to conduct yourself in alignment with these additional beliefs: real.life/about
  • Passion for helping people within our congregation find their passion and purpose.
  • Willing to build relationships with adults 
  • Desire to grow in leadership by teaching small groups and possibly purpose coaching 
  • Comfortable talking with people about faith and weighty topics.

General info:

Expect to be on the Clermont Real Life campus (1501 Steves Road, Clermont, FL 34711) at least 3 days per week and work 15-20 hours/week.

Typical hours for most positions would be Sunday 8am-1pm plus 10-15 additional hours Monday-Thursday 8am-5pm. Must be flexible to hours outside of these hours with notice.

The internship is 12 weeks long from Sunday January 31st - Thursday April 22nd. No spring break is built into the schedule but can be discussed with the team. 

Pay: $150.00 per week.
