Are you an aspiring supply chain professional ready to make a real impact? At Niagara, we're inviting talented students to join our Summer Internship Program, a hands-on experience designed to launch your career in supply chain operations, planning, analytics, and continuous improvement.

Interns spend the summer working directly on high impact projects within one of our HQ supply chain departments. Interns work in a fast-paced, innovative environment where they play a key role in supporting the movement of products, materials, and information across our network. During this 12-week internship, participants are encouraged to think outside the box and apply a continuous improvement mindset to solve complex business challenges and drive operational excellence.

Now Hiring Interns in These Supply Chain Departments:

🔹 Supply Chain Planning – Support demand forecasting, inventory optimization, production scheduling, and network planning initiatives that keep Niagara operating efficiently.

🔹 Procurement – Gain exposure to strategic sourcing, supplier partnerships, contract management, and cost-saving initiatives that support business growth.

🔹 Logistics Operations – Analyze transportation networks, freight operations, and distribution strategies to improve service levels, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

🔹 Customer Service – Partner with customers and cross-functional teams to support order management, inventory visibility, issue resolution, and overall supply chain performance.

🔹 Warehouse Operations – Gain hands-on insight into warehouse management, inventory control, distribution processes, and operational excellence initiatives that keep products moving efficiently.

🔹 Operations – Collaborate with manufacturing and operations teams to improve processes, drive productivity, optimize performance, and support day-to-day plant operations.

🔹 Supply Chain Solutions – Help develop innovative solutions to complex supply chain challenges through data analysis, process improvement, systems optimization, and cross-functional collaboration.

What You'll Do:

• Collaborate cross-functionally with teams across operations, manufacturing, procurement, logistics, and planning.
• Analyze supply chain data, processes, and performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Support initiatives that enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service levels.
• Present project outcomes and recommendations to department leaders and key stakeholders.
