Pete & Pedro | Paid Internship

We're looking for a creative, outgoing Social Media Creator & Coordinator to help us create fun, engaging content for our men’s grooming brand (where a lot of women shop with us too!). 

Pete & Pedro is one of the top men's hair brands, been on Shark Tank, and has been around since 2013 - we've got a strong social following.

The biggest part of this role will be creating short-form social media content using Pete & Pedro hair and grooming products that many are unisex as we're looking to grow our women audience which is signficant. 

We’re looking for a female creator who is comfortable on camera, understands social media, and isn’t afraid to bring new ideas to the table.

What You’ll Do

Create weekly TikToks, Reels, Shorts, and other short-form videos

Make hairstyling tutorials, grooming advice, product videos, reactions, trends, and entertaining lifestyle content

Brainstorm new video concepts, hooks, and social media ideas

Help schedule and organize social media content

Engage with followers through comments and community interaction

Assist with captions, social copy, graphics, and simple image content

Help with creator communication and other day-to-day social media tasks

We’ll provide plenty of ideas and direction, but we want your creativity too. If you see a trend, have a funny concept, or think you have an idea that could blow up, we want you to pitch it.

You’d Be a Great Fit If You:

Are confident and natural on camera

Enjoy TikTok, Instagram, beauty, hair, fashion, or lifestyle content

Understand what makes people stop scrolling

Are creative, organized, and reliable

Can film quality vertical content with a smartphone

Have basic editing experience with CapCut, Premiere, or similar tools

Enjoy writing, communicating, and interacting with people online

You do not need a large following, don't need to know a ton about men's hair/grooming, or years of professional experience. We care more about creativity, personality, work ethic, and your ability to make great content.

What You’ll Get

This is a paid internship where you’ll get hands-on experience creating content for an established men’s grooming brand, build your social media portfolio, receive Pete & Pedro products, and have plenty of freedom to experiment with new ideas.
