Position Overview:
This internship centered on supporting project scheduling and cross‑functional communications by preparing clear status updates, milestone summaries, and executive-ready insights for key supply chain initiatives. The intern also contributed to continuous‑improvement and reporting efforts by standardizing processes, validating data, maintaining dashboards, and helping develop new reporting solutions to strengthen project performance visibility.

Your Day to Day as a Supply Chain Intern, Project Management Office:
- Support scheduling activities and project-related communications.
- Attend cross-functional project meetings to support the team and learns how different functions work together.
- Assist in preparing clear project status updates, milestone summaries, and select financial information for teams and stakeholders.
- Help create concise, executive-ready summaries for key supply chain initiatives.
- Participate in data and process reviews to identify and support continuous improvement opportunities.
- Contribute to standardizing processes and best practices to improve consistency and efficiency.
- Assist in maintaining compliance with company policies, project systems, documentation standards, and other requirements.
- Help develop and maintain routines for preparing and validating data used in performance reporting.
- Assist in building/maintaining dashboards and reports that highlight key performance indicators.
- Support the development of new reporting solutions, including defining requirements, running queries, validating results, and delivering standard and custom reports.
Required Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in an undergraduate degree program in Economics, Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain, Logistics, Math/Statistics, Information Systems, and relevant technical majors such as Engineering.
- Ability to integrate business acumen with technical skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong PC skills in Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Working knowledge of AI tools including Copilot and/or ChatGPT.
Must be a U.S. citizen.
Preferred Qualifications:
Rising junior and senior candidates preferred.
