Junior Operations & Sales Representative

About Cartiology Sales, LLC
Cartiology is a premier local vehicle and specialized cart dealership. We pride ourselves on operating a
high-integrity, brick-and-mortar retail environment centered around excellent customer service and
face-to-face consumer sales. We do not believe in high-pressure tricks or commission-only traps. We
provide our team with a stable financial foundation, direct executive mentorship, and a clear, rapid path to
leadership.
Role Overview
We are seeking an ambitious, high-energy graduate to join our tight-knit showroom team of fewer than 10 employees across our three locations. As a Junior Operations & Sales Representative, you will work directly alongside the Majority
Ownership group to learn the ins and outs of dealership logistics, inventory management, and client
acquisition. This is not a cold-calling boiler room. You will be handling hot, inbound walk-in floor traffic and
managing active consumer requests in a collaborative, supportive environment. For the right candidate,
this role is explicitly designed to transition into a senior operations management position within 12 months.
What We Provide (The Cartiology Advantage)
• Guaranteed Financial Stability: A solid $26,000.00 annual base salary distributed at $500.00 per
week, completely independent of monthly unit volume.
• Uncapped Earning Power: You retain 100% of your commission margins on all closed showroom
deals. Your base is your floor, not your ceiling.
• Executive Mentorship: Direct, daily training from the business owners in a high-integrity, respect-first
environment.
• Work-Life Balance: A strict, reliable schedule of 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM and short Weekend hours Saturday 10:00 AM to 2:00 pm so you can thrive both inside
and outside the workplace.
Core Responsibilities
• Greet walk-in showroom traffic and guide customers through our premium product inventory.
• Conduct morning vehicle walkthroughs and maintain accurate inventory tracking logs.
• Manage local customer accounts and follow up on digital inbound inquiries.
• Coordinate with manufacturing vendors and suppliers via official corporate channels.
• Collaborate daily with the ownership group to streamline showroom logistics.
Qualifications
• Currently pursuing all candidates regardless of degree or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree (Open to all majors; Business, Marketing,
and Communications are a plus).
• Strong verbal communication skills and a natural comfort engaging with local consumers.
• High level of personal integrity, reliability, and professional accountability.
• A collaborative mindset ready to grow within a small, highly efficient team
