About Our Roles
Our team supports patient care, accurate study execution, and smooth clinic operations. Responsibilities may include:
- Deliver warm, excellent care to every patient at every visit
- Ensuring patient visits are conducted accurately, efficiently, on time, and in full compliance with study protocols
- Performing and reviewing clinical charting with a focus on accuracy, compliance, and quality
- Preparing, administering, and documenting investigational products and medications according to study protocols
- Collecting and entering clinical data, including patient questionnaires, into multiple online systems
- Communicating clearly and professionally with pharmaceutical sponsors, physicians, and team members
- Serving as a trusted, knowledgeable liaison for physicians by keeping them informed about schedules, patient statuses, and protocol requirements
- Supporting, guiding, and coaching coordinators to maintain high standards of patient care and operational excellence
Skills That May Help You Succeed
We are generally interested in candidates who bring:
- 3–4 years of professional experience providing direct patient care in a healthcare or clinic setting
- Strong communication and decision-making skills
- Remain self-motivated, energetic, and positive in a fast-paced environment
- Believe in high-quality work, ensuring strong compliance with study protocols
- Be remarkably organized
- Take ownership of tasks from inception through completion and assume responsibility for personal success
