Do you love working with young children? Are you passionate, skilled, and excited about helping infants, toddlers, and preschoolers learn and grow? The Early Childhood Center (ECC) at Hevreh is expanding our teaching team and looking for full-time early childhood educators to join our warm, supportive community.

About Us

The ECC at Hevreh offers a year-round, full-week program (8:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m.) serving infants, toddlers, and preschoolers. We are proud to provide high-quality childcare and learning experiences in an intimate, child-centered environment where relationships, curiosity, and joy are at the heart of everything we do.

We’re seeking educators who:

● Truly enjoy and love working with young children

● Bring skill, patience, and warmth to their teaching practice

● Are excited to engage children through play-based, developmentally appropriate

learning

● Value collaboration, reflection, and continuous growth

EEC certification is preferred but not required.

Hevreh will support you in earning your EEC certification.

Duties & Responsibilities

● Develop and implement engaging, interactive learning experiences

● Support children’s social, emotional, and developmental growth

● Maintain a clean, safe, and nurturing classroom environment

● Adapt teaching strategies to meet diverse learning styles and needs

● Collaborate with colleagues and families to support each child’s success

Skills & Qualifications

● Experience or interest in early childhood education

● Strong communication and relationship-building skills

● Patience, creativity, and flexibility

● Ability to connect with and support young children at various developmental stages
