Data Analyst Assistant

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Data Analyst Assistant to join our team in a paid, full-time remote position. This is a great opportunity for students and recent graduates who are interested in learning how organizations use data to make better business and operational decisions.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with collecting, organizing, and maintaining data from various sources.
  • Review data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
  • Create and maintain spreadsheets, reports, and basic data summaries.
  • Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities.
  • Assist with preparing charts, tables, dashboards, and presentations.
  • Conduct research and gather information to support business decisions.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in college/university or recently graduated.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Comfortable working with Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, or similar spreadsheet tools.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze information, identify patterns, and think critically.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Willingness to learn new tools and processes.
  • Previous professional data analysis experience is not required.
