Influencer Talent Manager

OVO Talent is hiring a Talent Manager in Tampa to own day-to-day creator relationships and help creators build stronger careers through well-run brand partnerships.
 

You will manage a group of creator relationships and the opportunities connected to them. You will communicate directly with creators, evaluate brand opportunities, prepare pitches and offers, track contracts and deliverables, and make sure every relationship has a clear next step.
 

This is a hands-on operating role for someone who understands social media but is even better with people. Strong communication, good judgment, and consistent follow-through matter more than having a traditional talent management background.

What you will do

• Serve as a day-to-day point of contact for assigned creators
• Learn each creator’s goals, audience, rates, availability, and brand preferences
• Identify and evaluate brand partnership opportunities
• Help prepare creator pitches, offers, meetings, and negotiations
• Coordinate with OVO’s Brand Partnerships team during active campaigns
• Track contracts, deadlines, content approvals, and deliverables
• Keep creator records, conversations, and next steps current in the CRM
• Prepare creators for important calls and brand decisions
• Catch relationship or campaign risks early and escalate them clearly
• Help evaluate potential new creators for the OVO roster
• Follow through until every conversation has an owner and next action

• Excellent organization and attention to detail
• Natural relationship-building ability
• Good judgment around private information and professional boundaries
• Genuine interest in creators, social platforms, and brand partnerships
• Ability to manage several active conversations without losing context
• Comfort learning CRM software and operating processes
• Based in or near Tampa, Florida
   

Experience in talent management, influencer marketing, account management, sales, hospitality, recruiting, or client service is helpful. We care most about how you communicate, how you treat people, and whether you follow through.

Creators know what is happening and what comes next. Opportunities are matched thoughtfully. Important messages do not get lost. Contracts and deliverables stay organized. Problems are surfaced early. Every creator relationship feels personal, professional, and well managed.
