Schedule: Weekend Mornings | Part-Time
Additional Compensation: Mileage Reimbursement + Bonuses

Thoughtful Home Care is seeking a dependable, experienced caregiver for part-time morning shifts on the weekends in the Apple Valley area.

This is a great opportunity for a caregiver looking for consistent weekend hours. Our clients depend on their caregivers to arrive on time and provide compassionate, reliable care. We are looking for someone who takes that commitment seriously.

What You'll Do

Depending on the client's individual care plan, responsibilities may include:

• Morning routine assistance
• Bathing, dressing, grooming and toileting
• Mobility and transfer assistance
• Meal preparation
• Light housekeeping
• Medication reminders
• Companionship and supervision
• Transportation to appointments and errands
• Observing and reporting changes or concerns to the office

Requirements

• California Home Care Aide (HCA) registration or ability to meet registration requirements
• At least one year of caregiving experience
• Valid driver's license
• Current auto insurance
• Reliable transportation
• Current TB clearance
• CPR/First Aid certification
• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 18 years old and legally eligible to work in the United States
• Dependable attendance and punctuality
• Prompt and professional communication with the office
• Ability to consistently honor accepted client assignments

Reliability Matters

When you accept a client assignment, that client and their family are counting on you to be there.

We understand that emergencies happen. We are specifically looking for caregivers who carefully consider their availability before accepting an assignment, arrive on time, communicate promptly, and take their commitment to their clients seriously.

It is always better to decline an assignment that doesn't fit your schedule than to accept a client you cannot consistently serve.
