Position Overview
The Sales Administration Intern will support the Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service teams through a variety of administrative and operational projects. This is a hands-on opportunity to gain professional experience in a business-to-business environment while developing skills in CRM management and sales and marketing operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Enter, organize, and maintain customer and prospect information in the CRM
- Assist with CRM data cleanup, organization, and accuracy
- Support marketing through campaign data organization and contact list management
- Assist with sales forecasting and maintaining sales-related data
- Provide general administrative support to the Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service teams, assisting with additional projects and tasks as needed
