As a Warehouse Lead, you will play a pivotal role in managing, coordinating, and optimizing warehouse activities and personnel. Job Description
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Job responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
1. Receiving:
- Utilize the ERP M1 system to process incoming shipments accurately, update inventory levels, and record received items.
- Inspect and verify the quality and quantity of incoming products, resolving any discrepancies with purchase orders.
- Collaborate with vendors, carriers, and internal teams to address shipping and receiving issues promptly.
2. Inventory Control:
- Maintain accurate inventory records within the ERP M1 system, including tracking stock levels and conducting regular cycle counts.
- Reconcile discrepancies and ensure proper handling of all inventories in ERP (M1) during the reconciliation process and month-end closing.
- Contribute to inventory stocking and improvement efforts, implementing efficient processes, Kanban, inspections, and troubleshooting guides.
3. Order Processing:
- Process customer orders accurately within the ERP M1 system, ensuring proper item selection, packaging, and timely shipment.
- Prepare shipping labels, packing lists, and necessary documentation following established guidelines and requirements.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to arrange efficient shipment schedules and effectively communicate any delays or issues with customers.
4. Warehouse Support:
- Assist with general warehouse duties, including order picking, packing, inventory organization, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
- Provide input and suggestions to enhance warehouse efficiency and productivity through process improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as customer service, sales, and operations, to address warehouse-related inquiries and issues.
5. Inventory Performance:
- Compile, initiate, sort, and analyze inventory performance records and data.
- Communicate performance expectations, monitor, and revise inventory items.
- Evaluate storage, handling, and equipment techniques to ensure the smooth operation of inventory.
6. Safety:
- Maintain safety programs, adhering to OSHA standards with an emphasis on ergonomics.
- Enforce organizational standards to maintain a clean workplace and deliver quality service.
- Maintain compliance with established policies and procedures while fostering a culture of adherence.

- Become proficient in using the ERP M1 system for warehouse tasks.
- Successfully handle receiving, inventory control, order processing, and related responsibilities with accuracy.
4. Relationship Building:
- Develop positive working relationships with colleagues in the warehouse and cross-functional teams.
- Understand the dynamics of collaboration and communication within the organization.
Expectations for First Year:
1. Performance Improvement:
- Demonstrate continuous improvement in warehouse efficiency, reducing processing times and errors.
- Contribute to enhancing operational workflows and procedures.
2. Project Involvement:
- Participate in or lead projects aimed at improving warehouse processes.
- Propose and implement initiatives to streamline inventory control and order processing.
3. Vendor Relations:
- Strengthen relationships with vendors, ensuring smooth communication and resolution of inquiries.
- Successfully resolve discrepancies and contribute to optimizing processes related to vendors.
4. Leadership Development:
- Show initiative and leadership in addressing warehouse-related issues and proposing solutions.
- Demonstrate readiness for increased responsibilities within the team.

1. Process Optimization:
- Lead efforts to optimize warehouse processes, implementing best practices and advancements.
- Contribute significantly to the efficiency of operational workflows.

- Offer strategic input on inventory management and warehouse procedures.

Throughout the First 24 Months:
