Internship Program Overview
Cornerstone Advisors’ 10-week Consulting Summer Internship Program offers rising seniors and MBA students an opportunity to participate in an immersive, hands-on experience in management consulting. Our interns work directly with clients, conduct meaningful research, and deliver a group Capstone project that they will present as a team.
This program is designed for motivated students who want to learn how consulting firms tackle complex business challenges, gain exposure to the dynamic banking and fintech industry, and develop skills that translate directly into a career in consulting.
Responsibilities:
- Work alongside consultants and partners to support active client projects
- Conduct primary and secondary research to inform project deliverables
- Build financial models, benchmark data, and industry analyses
- Present Capstone findings to company leadership and peers
- Engage with a formal mentor and participate in knowledge-sharing sessions
Qualifications:
- Undergraduate rising seniors or MBA rising 2nd-year students
- Majors in Business, Finance, Economics, Management, Analytics, or related fields
- GPA 3.5+ required
- Excellent communication skills (written & verbal)
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- U.S. work authorization required
