B&A Connections Site Assistant

Department: B&A Connections and Extension Programs

Position Type: Part-Time (20–25 hours/week, 9–10 months)

Schedule: Monday–Friday, split shifts (AM/PM)

Pay Rate: $13.98 – $17.98 per hour (Based on Experience)

Key Responsibilities

Program Support: Assist the Site Manager with daily operations, activity planning, and stepping in to manage the site when needed.

Child Engagement & Safety: Supervise children, ensure their physical safety, and actively participate in games and learning activities.

Compliance & Communication: Maintain OKDHS regulations, foster positive relationships with parents and staff, and handle incident reporting.

Qualifications & Requirements

Education: High School Diploma or GED required.

Certifications: Current CPR and First Aid certifications.

Background & Training: Must pass an OKDHS/OSBI background check and complete 12 hours of annual training via the CECPD database.

Physical Standards: Ability to stand/walk for long periods and engage in indoor/outdoor activities.
