Role Summary

Refactored is seeking a charismatic, media-focused AI Communications & Media Intern to serve as the face and voice of our technical education platform. While our subject matter is rooted in AI and Cloud Computing, this is primarily a media and instructional content creation role designed for an ambitious creator who possesses a professional on-camera presence and a deep aptitude for self-directed learning.

The successful candidate will be responsible for researching emerging technologies, mastering their application, and translating that expertise into comprehensive educational assets. This role offers a unique platform for an aspiring technologist to establish their professional brand and authority within the industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Multi-Media Content Production: Record, narrate, and appear in instructional video content for the Refactored platform and official YouTube channel.
• Presentation Design: Develop high-quality slide decks and visual aids to support technical demonstrations.
• Technical Research & Skill Development: Conduct deep-dive research into AI workflows, productivity enhancements, and enterprise-grade solutions, with a primary focus on Google Workspace and Gemini Enterprise.
• Curriculum Development: Assist in the design and structuring of new course content and learning paths.
• Technical Writing: Author professional blog articles, white papers, and documentation based on technical findings and course material.

Qualifications & Competencies

• Exceptional Communication: Must be comfortable and professional in front of a camera and possess clear, engaging vocal delivery for voice-over work.
• Creative Execution: Proficiency in (or a strong desire to learn) the workflows of video content creation, from scripting to final export.
• Technical Expertise: Hands-on proficiency in Google Workspace, Gemini Enterprise, and AI-driven content workflows is highly preferred. This role focuses on the application and instruction of technologies rather than software engineering. We value highly adaptable candidates who demonstrate a strong aptitude and eager willingness to rapidly master these specific tools and emerging cloud technologies for educational purposes.
• Professional Initiative: A self-starter mindset with the discipline to meet production deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Academic Background: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Communications, or a related field.
