Data Analyst

JOB DESCRIPTION
The Data Analyst will work closely with the Team Lead to support all data-related projects across the PVX platform. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytically sharp, and comfortable operating across multiple workflows simultaneously. They bring a strong sense of how data connects across systems and thrive in a collaborative, fast-moving environment.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
•
Learn and Understand all PVX offerings
•
Manage Buy Specification Creation/Management within internal systems
•
Generate Goal Files into standardized schema required for importing into internal system
•
Support the reporting manager with monthly invoices, buy summaries, post-log audits, and ad-hoc client requests
•
Prepare Excel Reports/Dashboards to be shared internally and externally
•
Develop and maintain proficiency in platform-specific data workflows, including structured file imports and program mapping
•
Communicate across the PVX Teams and Dev as needed and directed
REQUIRED SKILLS
•
Basic knowledge of Media Math
•
Strong understanding of Microsoft Excel
•
Strong analytical skills
•
Ability to explain math / data / outputs in a digestible fashion
•
Ability to share information and communicate across teams
•
Comfortable working with AI tools, including a working knowledge of effective prompt construction and practical use cases
•
Problem solver
•
Experience with querying data via SQL
•
Excellent time management skills
•
Ability and desire to learn new systems and tools
•
Detail-oriented with strong attention to follow-through
•
Nimble and flexible to succeed in a fast-paced environment and handle ad-hoc requests
