Afterschool Art Substitute Teacher

The ONE Arts Center, located at 294 N Winooski Ave in Burlington, is now hiring a Substitute teacher for Afterschool Art Monday through Friday from 2:30-5:45 and Wednesdays from 1:30-5:45. The ONE Arts Center currently serves kids ages 5-13. We offer After School Art M, T, Th, F from 2:50-5:15 and on Wed from 1:50-5:15. We also offer Summer Camps and Camps during vacations and early release days, and programming on the weekends. This position is responsible for temporarily covering for teachers and assisting with classroom duties by helping students with their artwork, keeping supplies organized, keeping students safe, and knowing and implementing our policies and regulations, including cleaning after class. Applicants must have experience working with kids and an interest in teaching art.
