FA26 Agritourism Research Internship
The Agritourism Fall Internship program undergraduate research program offers those interested in agritourism, entrepreneurship and agribusiness the opportunity to:
- Conduct research under the mentorship of Dr. Yunzi Zhang, a hospitality & tourism faculty member of the NMC School of Business
- Participate in Saipan-based data collection and analysis activities
- Discuss topics such as entrepreneurship in a tropical economy
- Learn about agritourism and business education and career opportunities
Internship Duration: September 7, 2026 – December 4, 2026 (tentatively 13 weeks, min. 17 hours per week)
Stipend Information: the student intern will receive a total stipend of $2,500
Application Eligibility:
- Full-time NMC student, enrolled in FA26 semester
- Preferably a business major; for non-business majors, must have practical experience with business management, tourism, agriculture and/or natural resources management
- GPA of 3.0 or higher preferred
- Must be a US citizen or permanent resident
