Production Coordinnator

Key Responsibilities:
Responsibilities include leading production for Saturday services, supporting weekend
service preparation, troubleshooting technical issues, maintaining production equipment,
organizing technical spaces, assisting with special events, and helping train and schedule
volunteers. The Production Coordinator works closely with the Production Director to
ensure production systems are reliable, organized, and ready to support the ministry of
Community Bible Church.
Our production systems include professional audio, video, lighting, and networking
technologies. Familiarity with basic IT fundamentals, Dante audio networking, Yamaha DM7
digital mixing consoles, DMX lighting systems, and Blackmagic Design video equipment is
beneficial but not required. The right candidate will be eager to learn and grow within these
systems.
Position Summary:

The Production Coordinator supports the Production Director in creating excellent, distraction-
free production environments for worship services and church events. This role assists with

the planning, setup, operation, and maintenance of the church's audio, video, lighting, and
streaming systems while helping lead and develop production volunteers.

Experience with live audio, video, lighting, or church production is preferred
