The Role:
We're looking for a sharp, organized, and highly responsive part-time assistant to support with day-to-day administrative and operational tasks. This is a true flexible, on-demand role — 15 hours minimum weekly hours. Some weeks might require a couple of hours; other weeks will require more. Ideal for someone who wants supplemental income, can shift gears on short notice, and responds quickly when something comes up.

Responsibilities may include:
- Inbox and calendar support
- Light research and data organization
- Drafting or proofreading correspondence
- Coordinating with office staff on scheduling and follow-ups
Requirements:
- Excellent, near-immediate response time — reachable and responsive throughout the day, even on short notice
- Highly flexible schedule — able to pick up hours on short notice as needs arise
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and reliable
- Discreet and trustworthy with sensitive information
