Emergency RV Repair Mobile Field Technician

Central Florida (primary territory) | On-Site / Mobile | Full-Time or 1099 Contractor | Starting at $60/hour

You'll be the person RV owners call when something goes wrong — on the road, at a campsite, or parked in their driveway. This is mobile, emergency-focused repair work: you go to the customer, diagnose the problem, and fix it. No storefront to manage, no invoices to chase, no phones to answer. That's handled for you.

• Respond to dispatched emergency and scheduled RV repair calls across your assigned territory
• Diagnose and repair a wide range of RV systems: electrical, plumbing, HVAC, appliances, structural, and mechanical
• Maintain 24/7 on-call availability — emergency response is a core part of this role
• Communicate clearly with dispatch and maintain a professional standard with every customer
• Keep your service vehicle stocked, organized, and ready to roll

• Professional RV repair experience — this is not an entry-level role
• Your own tools and a reliable service vehicle
• Availability for emergency on-call dispatches, including nights and weekends
• Responsiveness: when you're dispatched, you need to be reachable and ready
• Based in or willing to service Central Florida (technicians in other territories may also apply)

• Year 1: $60/hour
• Year 2: $70/hour
• Year 3: $80/hour
• Paid weekly by direct deposit
• W-2 positions and qualifying 1099 contractor opportunities available

• After year one: two weeks paid vacation or a $4,800 cash-out
• Five-year milestone: a guaranteed offer for a Shop Operations Manager position at one of our selected facilities, with industry-leading management compensation
