Part-Time | Remote | 6-8 hours/week | $20-$30/hour + Performance Bonuses

About Nuros

Nuros is an AI-powered study platform built for students. Students can bring in their own class materials—PDFs, notes, lectures, and videos—and turn them into notes, flashcards, quizzes, practice exams, and personalized review.

Our goal is simple: help students study smarter by understanding what they know, identifying where they're struggling, and focusing their time where it matters most.

The Role

We're looking for a college student to become a recognizable face of Nuros across TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.

You'll create short-form content that students actually want to watch—from study tips and productivity ideas to relatable college content, trends, and videos showing how you use Nuros.

Not every video should feel like an ad. We want to build an audience by creating genuinely helpful, interesting, and entertaining student content, with Nuros naturally incorporated where it makes sense.

You'll have room to bring your own personality, ideas, and creative style rather than simply following scripts.

What You'll Do

Create approximately 3-5 short-form videos per week

Regularly appear on camera as a recognizable face of Nuros

Create helpful, educational, relatable, and entertaining student content

Show Nuros naturally in relevant videos

Brainstorm hooks, recurring series, concepts, and new formats

Follow TikTok, Reels, and Shorts trends and identify opportunities for Nuros

Film and edit short-form videos independently

Experiment with different content styles and learn from performance

Help shape the personality and voice of Nuros on social media

Who We're Looking For

18+ and currently enrolled in college

Comfortable, engaging, and natural on camera

Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts

Able to independently film and edit short-form content

Creative and comfortable experimenting with new ideas

Good instincts for hooks, pacing, storytelling, and trends

Interested in education, studying, productivity, technology, or AI

Reliable and able to consistently create content each week

You do not need a large social following. We're much more interested in your creativity, personality, and ability to make content students genuinely want to watch.

Previous content creation, UGC, TikTok, Instagram, or YouTube experience is a plus, but not required.

Compensation & Growth

$20-$30/hour, depending on experience and content skills, for approximately 6-8 hours per week.

You'll also be eligible for performance bonuses based on content performance and audience growth.

We're looking for someone who can grow with us. Exceptional performers may have the opportunity to earn equity and grow into a larger long-term role at Nuros, with greater ownership of content, social media, and student growth.

How to Apply

Please include:

Required: A 30-second video of yourself, filmed on your phone, one take, no editing. Tell us how you study for an exam. It does not need to be polished—we're looking at how naturally you communicate on camera.

A short introduction and why you're interested in the role

Links to 2-3 videos you've created, if available

Your TikTok, Instagram, or YouTube account, if you're comfortable sharing it

Three short-form video ideas you'd create for Nuros

Your college and current year

Your approximate weekly availability

Don't have professional content experience? That's okay. If you're creative, comfortable on camera, understand what students watch, and think you could become a great voice for Nuros, we'd still like to hear from you.
