Product Management Intern (10636)

Qorvo’s Internship Program is designed for college students currently enrolled in an accredited Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD program. Qorvo offers real work experience, exposure to upper management, and the opportunity to pursue full-time opportunities, as available.

Qorvo’s Product Management Engineering Internships are offered in our High Performance Analog business group. Specific projects and responsibilities will be determined based on the business needs at the time of the internship assignment.

 

Responsibilities may include:

  • Conduct market studies and research to gain insights into the RF Product Landscape for Defense & Aerospace.
  • Collaborate closely with our development and business teams to evaluate product development strategies and identify market development needs.
  • Participate in internal and external customer meetings
  • Product cost reduction activities; competitive pricing analysis; ROI evaluations and quote preparation.
  • Assist on development of product life-cycle plans
  • Work on product definition for our markets
  • Assist in developing and documenting standards for business processes supporting new Defense & Aerospace product business

 

Qualifications:

  • Currently enrolled in an Engineering degree program or Engineer degree completed and enrolled in an MBA program
  • Must have a 3.0 GPA or Higher
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Ability to work in teams and collaborate effectively with people in different functions
  • Ability to perform work autonomously and take initiative
  • Inquisitive and motivated (for learning purposes but also to get an action/task completed)
  • Excellent time management skills that enable on-time project delivery
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment
  • Must be Sophomore level or above
  • Knowledge of SharePoint recommended
  • Ability to commit to a regular schedule of 20-40 hours a week for a period of at least 3 months in the office and then potentially work remotely during the school year

  • Ability to establish strong relationships with key stakeholders, both internally and externally
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to quickly ramp on new systems and processes
  • Proficient in interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills

This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship by the Company.

 

Competitive hourly pay commensurate with experience: $31/hr - $42/hr (subject to change dependent on physical location) 

Posted salary ranges are made in good faith. Qorvo reserves the right to adjust ranges depending on the experience/qualification of the selected candidate as well as external competitiveness and internal comparability. 

Base compensation is one element of Total Rewards offered at Qorvo. More information on the Total Rewards package can be shared upon request.
