Board Certified Behavior Analyst

This is adult-focused, community-based work across homes, day programs, workplaces, residential settings, and community settings—not a high-volume pediatric clinic role.
Responsibilities:
• Conduct functional and contextual behavioral assessments.
• Develop, implement, monitor, and revise person-centered Behavior Support Plans.
• Analyze behavioral data and translate findings into practical recommendations.
• Train and coach direct support professionals, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams.
• Complete accurate, timely Maryland DDA documentation.
• Support quality assurance, implementation fidelity, and ethical practice.
Qualifications:
• Active BCBA certification in good standing.
• Active Maryland behavior analyst license, or eligibility to obtain it before independent practice.
• Master’s degree in behavior analysis or a related field.
• Strong assessment, plan-writing, training, communication, and documentation skills.
• Reliable transportation within the assigned Maryland territory.
• Adult IDD/DDA experience preferred.
Compensation: $95,000–$115,000 for an eligible full-time W-2 role, or an approved hourly/contract equivalent. Hybrid flexibility is available for eligible indirect work.
