Remote Vacation Experience Advisor
Position Overview
Are you interested in a flexible remote opportunity where you can develop valuable customer service, research, and planning skills while learning about the travel industry?
We are seeking motivated and organized individuals to join our virtual team as Remote Vacation Experience Advisors. In this role, you will work with clients who are exploring vacation options and assist them with researching destinations, comparing experiences, and coordinating their selected arrangements.
You may assist with all-inclusive resorts, cruises, family vacations, couples getaways, group trips, tours, special celebrations, and international destinations. Previous travel industry experience is not required. Training and ongoing educational resources are provided.
What You'll Do
- Learn about each client's vacation goals, preferred dates, interests, and budget
- Research destinations, resorts, hotels, cruises, tours, activities, and transportation options
- Compare available vacation experiences based on individual client requests
- Provide helpful information about accommodations, amenities, packages, and available services
- Assist with coordinating selected arrangements through approved supplier resources
- Organize reservation confirmations, schedules, and important trip information
- Track planning deadlines and follow up on outstanding details
- Review reservation information for accuracy and completeness
- Provide professional assistance with general questions and routine updates
- Maintain organized client records and communication notes
- Communicate with clients through email, phone, messaging, and virtual platforms
- Continue developing knowledge of destinations, suppliers, and vacation products

- Must reside in the United States, United Kingdom, Spain, Australia, Mexico, or another qualifying region
