FP360 is a consulting partner serving complex industries across markets with senior-level operational, regulatory, and strategic expertise. We work alongside leadership teams to strengthen systems, improve execution, reduce risk, and deliver measurable results.

The role

We're looking for a motivated college student or recent graduate to support business development and marketing efforts. You'll work directly with leadership on the things that actually move the needle — finding the right prospects, crafting outreach, keeping the pipeline organized, and helping tell our story online.

About 10–15 hours per week, primarily remote, with flexible scheduling.

What you'll do

- Research target companies and contacts across industries to support new business outreach - Assist with outbound business development efforts — drafting emails, following up, tracking responses - Manage and update CRM records to keep the pipeline clean and current - Support LinkedIn activity and content development — drafting posts, identifying engagement opportunities - Conduct market research to inform strategy and identify new opportunities - Help coordinate general marketing initiatives as needs arise

About you

- Currently enrolled in college or recently graduated - Organized and detail-oriented — you follow through - Strong writer; you communicate clearly and professionally - Genuinely interested in consulting, entrepreneurship, marketing, or business development - Comfortable working independently with minimal hand-holding

Nice to have

- Prior experience with a CRM tool (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) - Familiarity with LinkedIn for professional or business purposes - Any prior internship or project experience in sales, marketing, or business development
