The Job

Every night we are live on Whatnot ripping product in front of 40,000+ followers, and every card that gets pulled has to get to the person who bought it. That is where you come in.

We are hiring a Fulfillment Associate at our Trevose Office to run the room where the breaks get sorted, packed, and shipped. This is a ground floor role at a fast growing business, and it is the position every streamer here has started in.

What You'll Do

• Separate each break into separators by team, player, or character
• Sleeve and toploader the refractors, inserts, autographs, numbered cards, and case hits
• Lay the break down by spots so every player, team, and character has its own stack
• Work the call out, matching each buyer's spots to their shipping label
• Team bag, pack, and label envelopes and boxes
• Get everything out the door and to the post office

On a busy day that means a couple hundred packages going out. Accuracy is the entire job. One card in the wrong envelope is a customer we do not get back.

Fulfillment is where everyone at BreakingCo starts. This position is meant to get you in the door and learn the business from the inside.

The goal is to ultimately convert into a streamer, where you own a percentage of the breaks you host and have access to our entire following. You have an uncapped stake in every show you run, and that is where the real opportunity is. You are essentially a partner in the business.

Nobody gets handed that on day one. You come in on fulfillment, you learn the product from the inside first, and you transition into streaming as you are ready. The ceiling here is as high as you set it.

Who We're Looking For

We are happy to teach you every step. We are not looking for someone with previous experience. We are looking for someone entrepreneurial, hungry, and eager to learn and grow with this business long term.

• Entrepreneurial and genuinely hungry, someone who wants to build something here
• A reliable way to get to Trevose daily
• Careful hands and real attention to detail
• If you collect or already watch breaks, tell us. Not required.
• Driver's license and a car preferred, not required
• No previous experience needed, we will walk you through everything

Schedule

We are flexible. Hours are daytime and move with our show calendar, roughly 20 to 40 hours a week. Tell us your availability and we will build around it.

Pay and Perks

$15 to $20 per hour. This is only while you learn the product on the fulfillment side, with room to grow through speed, accuracy, and taking on more ownership.

The ultimate goal is converting into a streamer, where you earn a percentage of the breaks you host. That is separate and has no ceiling.
