Customer Orders Specialist

Full time position onsite Monday to Friday

Must be able to multi-task; must be highly organized

Must be a self-starter who can work with limited supervision

Must exhibit attention to detail

Must be punctual and maintain an exemplary attendance record

Must be able to write legibly in English

Bilingual (English & Spanish) a PLUS

Experience in Metal Finishing Industry a PLUS

College degree a PLUS

Receive customer orders per written work instruction

Perform contract review per written work instruction

Price incoming orders using the following resources: custom database; price list; Estimator/Sales Manager

Use contract review flowchart/checklist and custom database to generate work orders

Review and approve orders entered into custom database

Contact customers with price and due date changes
