The EADS Group, Inc., which began operation in 1955, is actively seeking full-time Civil Engineering Technicians with various experience levels. These positions are located in Somerset, PA, Johnstown, PA, Clarion, PA, Altoona, PA and North Huntingdon, PA. Civil Engineering Technicians are neededto support our current clients and workload including municipal engineering, natural gas distribution systems and site development design.

Under the direction of a Project Manager, Civil Engineering Technicians are responsible for the preparation of design deliverables, permit application packages,report preparation, data analysis and field investigations and inspections.

Entry-level candidates will be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office. Experience with AutoCAD or ESRI software is a plus.  . Excellent verbal and written communication skills desired.

The preferred candidates will have an Associate Degree in Engineering Technology, Bachelor Degree in Environmental Science or a related field. Relevant experience may be substituted for formal education.
