Ellsworth Meadows Golf Club is looking for a talented and motivated Cook to join our team in our new, state-of-the-art clubhouse in Hudson, Ohio.

What You'll Do

Prepare and execute a variety of menu items to club standards

Manage multiple food orders simultaneously in a fast-paced kitchen

Manage, place, and receive food and supply orders

Monitor inventory and communicate ordering needs to ensure proper product availability

Maintain consistent quality, presentation, and portion control

Follow food safety, sanitation, and kitchen procedures

Work efficiently as part of a team during busy service periods

Assist with food preparation, stocking, and maintaining an organized kitchen

Bring creativity to the kitchen and contribute unique menu ideas and specials

Help create a welcoming dining experience for our guests

What We're Looking For

Previous cooking or kitchen experience preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate

Ability to work efficiently and remain composed in a fast-paced environment

Strong organizational and time-management skills

Ability to prepare multiple orders at the same time while maintaining quality

Strong attention to detail and ability to manage inventory and orders

A positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team

Passion for food and an interest in developing culinary skills

Dependable, hardworking, and committed to providing excellent service
