We are looking for an Instructional Designer and facilitator to join our team based at Pittsburgh, PA headquarters and support the implementation of our new Oracle ERP/EPM/HCM system. This position will be a contract role that is benefit eligible. The anticipated duration of this assignment is 12 months. 

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in instructional design, experience with Oracle, and the ability to create engaging and effective training materials. This role is crucial in ensuring that the organization is well-prepared to use the new Oracle system efficiently and effectively.

 

Qualifications needed include: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in instructional design, preferably with a focus on Oracle systems or similar software implementations.
  • Proficiency in e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline) and learning management systems (LMS).
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
