Production Worker - Window Wrapper

Since 1955, Joyce Manufacturing Company (JMC) has been providing residential building products to home improvement companies across Eastern region of the US.

We’re looking for a dependable, hardworking Window Wrapper to join our production team. This is a hands-on position that requires strong attention to detail, physical stamina, and the ability to maintain quality throughout the workday.

What You’ll Do:

• Wrap and prepare windows according to company quality standards
• Carefully inspect your work to ensure products are wrapped correctly and free from damage
• Perform repetitive, hands-on production work throughout the shift
• Lift, carry, and move windows and materials weighing approximately 50–70 lbs. consistently
• Work on your feet performing manual labor for an 8–9 hour workday
• Maintain a clean and safe work area
• Follow production procedures and safety requirements
• Work with the production team to meet daily goals

What We’re Looking For:

• High attention to detail is a must
• Ability to consistently lift 50–70 lbs. throughout an 8–9 hour shift
• Comfortable performing repetitive physical and manual labor
• Dependable with strong attendance
• Able to work efficiently while maintaining quality
• Willing to learn and follow instructions
• Manufacturing, construction, window, or similar hands-on experience is a plus, but not required

Requirements:

• Previous experience in manufacturing
• Ability to follow instructions and work in a team environment.
• Physical stamina and dexterity to perform repetitive tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Able to Work Hours as Needed Between 7:00 AM-4:30 PM
• Willing to Work OVERTIME as needed
• Capable of Standing During Normal Work Hours
• Have Your Own Reliable Transportation
