Requirements

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree.
• Active U.S. BAR license.
• Fluent in English and Spanish, both written and spoken.
• Strong legal research, writing, and analytical abilities.
• Excellent attention to detail and organization.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new processes.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Genuine interest in developing a career in immigration law.
• Must reside in the Orlando, Florida area and be available to work under the firm's hybrid model.

What You'll Do

As an Associate Immigration Attorney, you'll receive the opportunity to develop your legal practice while working alongside experienced members of our team.

Your responsibilities may include:

• Assisting with the management of immigration cases.
• Conducting legal research and analyzing immigration law.
• Drafting and reviewing legal documents.
• Supporting the preparation of immigration petitions, applications, motions, and related filings.
• Reviewing case information and identifying potential legal issues.
• Communicating directly with clients in English and Spanish.
• Explaining case-related information clearly and professionally to Spanish-speaking clients.
• Collaborating with Case Coordinators, Legal Assistants, Supervisors, and other attorneys.
• Learning and applying the firm's legal processes and quality standards.
• Meeting established deadlines and performance expectations.
• Continuously developing your knowledge of U.S. immigration law.

You will not be expected to know everything on day one. You will be expected to be willing to learn.

📍 A Hybrid Career in Orlando

This is a hybrid position based in Orlando, Florida.

Candidates must live in the Orlando, Florida area and be able to work from the office according to the firm's hybrid schedule.

💰 Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive annual salary: $70,000–$80,000
