Are you a master organizer with a knack for logistics? Join our team as a Taxi Ride Scheduler! We’re seeking a detail-oriented individual to be the central hub of our operation. You’ll be the voice on the phone, the brain behind our scheduling software, and the problem-solver who keeps our drivers and passengers on track. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have excellent communication skills, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

• Answer phones and book ride requests accurately using our scheduling software, Mediroutes.
• Confirm upcoming rides with customers via telephone.
• Optimize daily schedules for maximum efficiency, reviewing routes for potential improvements.
• Dispatch drivers and monitor their progress on the Mediroutes system.
• Proactively communicate with customers in case of delays and adjust schedules as needed to maintain timeliness.
• Prepare and email daily schedules to our team of drivers.
• Document and share important scheduling notes with other team members.
• Manage and prepare customer coupon orders for delivery by drivers.
