Account Representative
Job Summary
The Inside Sales Representative engages with current customers in key markets to match their business needs with CCOA’s Out of Home Advertising solutions. This role works in a high-volume environment and is pivotal in retaining a designated book of accounts, growing those accounts and reducing churn.
Job Responsibilities
· Creates relationships with accounts within their book of accounts.
· Identifies and engages with current book of customers by phone, email, and social media.
· Understands prospect’s buying points and develops a value proposition specific to the customer’s needs and goals.
· Conducts client needs analysis (CNA) and negotiates directly with local and regional customers.
· Achieves monthly activity and sales quotas to drive success.
· Identifies opportunities to renew current customers and expand their OOH Portfolio with CCO.
· Leads sales presentations using full functionality of online meeting tools.
· Identifies opportunities with new customers reaching out to inquire about CCOA’s products and services.
· Accurately inputs activity into CRM (Salesforce) in order to maintain pipeline and efficiently follow up with prospects and customers.
· Performs other duties as assigned.
Job Qualifications
Education and Certifications
· Bachelor’s Degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education, training, experience, or military experience.
Work Experience
· Minimum two (2) years sales experience selling advertising or related products or services, on quota, and in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
· Experience with sales automation and CRM tools (Salesforce preferred).
Skills
· Highly self-directed and comfortable in an in office or remote environment.
· Skilled and effective with using online meeting tools (e.g., Zoom).
· Proficient in Microsoft software applications (i.e., Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint) and social platforms.
· Has desire and ability to learn and adopt new technology.
